Strategically situated in Howrah’s industrial belt, our facility covers all key functions from casting and machining to quality control and storage. The unit ensures fast, efficient, and scalable production while adhering to safety and environmental norms.

Melting & Foundry Infrastructure

  • Annual Production
    Capacity The foundry is equipped to produce up to 10,000 tons per annum of high-quality castings.
  • Cupola Furnace
    Installed with 1 No. Cupola Furnace having a melting capacity of 5 tons per hour, ensuring continuous and efficient melting operations.
  • Pollution Control Compliance
    All melting infrastructure is integrated with appropriate pollution control devices to meet environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Molten Metal Quality Monitoring
    • Carbon/Silicon Analyzer for direct and accurate composition readings.
    • Temperature Analyzer for real-time thermal readings of molten metal to ensure metallurgical consistency.
  • Material Handling Equipment
    o 2 Nos. E.O.T (Electric Overhead Travelling) Cranes for safe, efficient, and streamlined metal and mould handling across the plant

Testing & Quality Control Facilities

  • Mechanical Testing Equipment
    • Digital Load Testing Machine (100 MT capacity) for high-precision load bearing tests.
    • Brinell Hardness Testing (BHN) Machine for evaluating metal hardness.
    • UTS Machine to measure the ultimate tensile strength of cast components.
    • Pull Test and Tilt Test Machines for additional structural integrity assessments.
  • In-house Sand Testing Laboratory
    Fully equipped Sand Lab to monitor and maintain the quality of moulding sand, including parameters like GCS, permeability, moisture content, and compactibility.
  • In-house Chemical Laboratory
    A dedicated Chemical Lab to perform complete chemical analysis of raw materials and final castings, ensuring they meet required composition and quality standards.

Moulding Facilities

  • 10 MT/hr Automatic Sand Plant Equipped with a 300 kg capacity sand mixer and a fully integrated automatic sand handling system to ensure continuous and consistent moulding sand preparation.
  • High Pressure Automatic Moulding Line Featuring Sarwamangala make moulding machine with a box size of 610mm x 711mm x 400mm, operating at a rated speed of 40 boxes per hour, ensuring high precision and productivity.
  • Dust-Free Environment A modern dust collector system is installed across all operational zones to maintain a clean and environmentally compliant working area.
  • Manual / Floor Moulding Capability Dedicated hand/floor moulding section with a separate sand preparation unit to cater to non-standard and large-size castings.
  • Core Making Facilities
    • CO₂-based core making system for quick and efficient core production.
    • 2 Nos. core ovens for uniform temperature maintenance and curing.
  • Hydraulic Mould Handling System Automated hydraulic mechanism for safe, smooth and efficient movement of mould boxes and match plates across the moulding line.

Fettling & Machining Facilities

  • Shot Blasting System Equipped with 1 No. 2-Wheel ‘Y’-Type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine (300 kg hook capacity) for thorough surface cleaning. Comes with all standard accessories and an integrated pollution control device to ensure safe and eco-friendly operation.
  • Drilling Machines A range of multi-size drilling machines to accommodate different casting sizes and precision needs.
  • Grinding Equipment
    • Angle-type Hand Grinders for flexible and detailed finishing work
    • Swing Grinders for heavier surface removal
    • Pedestal Grinders for robust and continuous grinding operations
